This cache can be located at any time of day, but for the full effect, come after sunset but before total darkness, on a calm, warm night when the temperature is above 65º.
To claim credit, please e-mail (through my profile) the answers to the following questions:
1) What are the common names of the two species that live here?
2) When did permanent occupation occur (month and year)?
3) What is the estimated population?
All answers can be found on location, but please don't include them in your log, even if they're encrypted.
When you're done there, head across the street to take a look at Lake Alice, or go around the bend in the road to the Bauman Center, which overlooks the lake. Just don't feed the alligators!
