Placed by the Juniors of Girl Scout Troop 2394- A cache located on Glenville State College's campus in Gilmer County WV originally filled with things related to the cache name and other interesting items. Plenty of parking on the weekends but if you are hunting during the week, obtain a Visitor's Parking Pass by contacting the Department of Public Safety located in the Heflin Administration Building. Do not park in reserved spots during the week before 5:30 p.m. Metered parking is available on High Street. Trailhead is clearly marked with a sign and a private cemetery. Terrain is moderate, not too flat, not too steep but it is a nature trail so dress accordingly, flip flops are not recommended insect repellant is, watch out for poison ivy and possibly snakes (again, it's a nature trail better safe than sorry) and other animals especially when searching for the cache. First to find may take a trackable if willing to help it fulfill its mission, if not, please leave it for someone who may be able to move it closer to its goal. Be respectful when entering, there is a private cemetery near the entrance and you will see additional grave markers during the trek to the cache and while on the trail. Remember, if you take something, leave something for the next geocacher. Happy hunting!
