Found it kc5goi found WHIPS4

This happens to be next to my brothers house and I am just now getting to it. It is not on his property but I did let him know what it was. He said he had seen people hanging around but did not know why. I did not realize it was there until tonight. He told me he was wondering about a certain aspect of it. I placed a sheet of paper in a baggy as log. SL TFTC

I had to correct the logged date. I logged it via phone on the 16th.

infoThis is the original cache type consisting, at a bare minimum, a container and a log book. Normally you'll find a tupperware container, ammo box, or bucket filled with goodies, or smaller container ("micro cache") too small to contain items except for a log book.
