Found it DK_Titan found TB Hotel M1/M7 Budaörs

Monday, April 2, 2012Pest, Hungary

Back in October last year we started talking with Rolle63 about making a geocaching trip together during our Easter break. We decided to visit Budapest. After a two day road trip where we visited Denmark, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria and finally Hungary this was our first full day in Budapest.

The day started with a morning walk to the cache nearest to our hotel. After that we went for breakfast and a TB Hotel. We then headed towards the Buda Mountains. We started out with a very nice earthcache and a nearby traditional cache, but our main goal was the Budapest Puzzles, which we have spent many hours solving during the winter. For someone living in a flat country like Denmark, the terrain was a bit hard (and the T-rating generally lower than would have been the case for similar caches in our country), but nevertheless we walked more than 20 km today. In addition to the puzzle caches, we also visited some of the boarder trail caches as well as caches from the Children's railway series plus a few additional caches.

In the evening we had dinner at a nice Italian restaurant just opposite the parliament. After that we visited two virtual caches and a traditional before returning to our hotel.

This cache was found at 09:59.

Thanks for the cache and greetings from Denmark!

infoThis is the original cache type consisting, at a bare minimum, a container and a log book. Normally you'll find a tupperware container, ammo box, or bucket filled with goodies, or smaller container ("micro cache") too small to contain items except for a log book. The coordinates listed on the traditional cache page is the exact location for the cache.
