Found it DK_Titan found Schattiner Forst 14

Sunday, October 21, 2012Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany

It has become a tradition that we make a geocaching trip to Germany in the middle of October every year. This year we even made two such trips. Our original plans for this (extended) weekend were canceled and we therefore decided to return to Germany after a few days back at work. We had heard about the very nice weather, which was expected in Schleswig-Holstein and therefore decided to spend two nights in Bad Oldesloe. That location gave us the opportunity to visit lot of caches, which required walking, and that was exactly what we were looking for.

Today was the last day of our trip. During our planning we had identified a number of nice cache trails around Lübeck and these were our main goals of the day. We started out doing the Rad-Wander-Tour and combined it with the Falkenhusen series. We then continued to Herrnburg and Schattiner Forst. After all that nice walking (and cache finding) we were hungry and headed for something to eat. We had time for one more cache trail before heading back towards Denmark and decided to visit the Palingen series, which at the same time gave us the opportunity to get some finds in Mecklenburg-Vorpommeren today.

Thanks for this cache and greetings form Denmark

infoThis is the original cache type consisting, at a bare minimum, a container and a log book. Normally you'll find a tupperware container, ammo box, or bucket filled with goodies, or smaller container ("micro cache") too small to contain items except for a log book. The coordinates listed on the traditional cache page is the exact location for the cache.
