Found it kelly@9 found DupontCache

Sunday, September 2, 2007District of Columbia

Got moving kinda slow this morning, so wasn't sure if someone else would beat me to this one, but after dropping trouthead off at work nearby, I came over here to look. I was a little afraid about something I suspected of this area, and it turned out to be the case, but it turned out not to be an issue.

The GPSr pointed me about 40' away at first, but once I was nearby and stopped for a second to let the reception settle down, it gave me 9' accuracy and pointed me to the right area. Checked one spot, found some dirty wadded up paper, but it was just someone's trash, and not the cache. Checked the other spot nearby and noticed the cache container right off. Lucky!

When I pulled the log sheet out, I was happy to see the little pull tab to make it easier, as well as an empty log! FTF 10:56am!

Very clever, camzotter, that is all I will say so as not to spoil it for others.

I've been meaning to come check out the Dupont Circle Farmers' market for awhile now, and being over here now to find this cache gave me the perfect opportunity to do so.

infoThis is the original cache type consisting, at a bare minimum, a container and a log book. Normally you'll find a tupperware container, ammo box, or bucket filled with goodies, or smaller container ("micro cache") too small to contain items except for a log book. The coordinates listed on the traditional cache page is the exact location for the cache.
