Found it colincactus found Muddled? Gin Can Mend! (7,3)

Saturday, February 2, 2013South East England, United Kingdom

I noticed this one not long after I started caching four years ago; I knew exactly what I'd have to do but never actually got round to doing it until just a few weeks ago. A nice puzzle - I guess it's one of the earliest in this area - and really satisfying when its finally deciphered.

I noticed that there was a guided tour by the Surrey Wildlife Trust here today (the ranger was showing us the pigs that they had introduced this morning in order to keep down the bracken). So we decided to combine that with a visit to get the cache.

I thought the cache was going to be quite tricky to find, but when I arrived at the GZ I spotted it straight away. Some water must've got into the cache as the logbook was sopping wet but I just about managed to sign it.

A lovely area - I might return another time to see how the pigs turn out.

infoA Mystery Cache is the “catch-all” of cache types, this form of cache can involve complicated puzzles you will first need to solve to determine the coordinates. The only commonality of this cache type is that the coordinates listed are not of the actual cache location but a general reference point, such as a nearby parking location. Due to the increasing creativity of geocaching this becomes the staging ground for new and unique challenges.
