Found it Biertje found The Snake

Saturday, 07 September 2019Idaho

With Brain & Pinky, Eikenhofjes and Xizat I travelled 11 days through the USA to find some very old caches. On our 8th day we did a series of 'Gate caches' along Frontage Road and we drove to Provo for some Challenges.
We start the day in Twin Falls with a did-not-found and then visited this earth cache. We took pictures of the Perrine bridge over Snake River, counted the layers of lava across the canyon and viewed the statue of Ira Burton Perrine.

Thanks and cheers!

infoAn Earthcache is an educational form of a virtual cache. The reward for these caches is learning more about the planet on which we live - its landscapes, its geology or the minerals and fossils that are found there. Many Earthcaches are in National Parks. Some are multi-cache in form, and some have a physical log book located in or close to a Visitor Center. Earthcaches are developed in association with the Geological Society of America.
