Completed this series via bicycle with Amazing Race Bike Winners - Team 15 (aka Uncle Sam and the Firecrackers: Jvechinski, ThePharmGirl, BQueen, and STEMmom). We tackled this back on July 4th with temps around 100 degrees. This was especially cool because I saw a big snapping turtle in the water and I thought maybe this was another one of those floating animal caches, but then... IT'S REAL!!! So I snapped a photo which I'm attaching. It's not the best photo because I took it with my camera phone. We wandered around the area a really long time until we eventually found the final. TFTC

Turtle.... NOT the cache!

infoA Mystery Cache is the “catch-all” of cache types, this form of cache can involve complicated puzzles you will first need to solve to determine the coordinates. The only commonality of this cache type is that the coordinates listed are not of the actual cache location but a general reference point, such as a nearby parking location. Due to the increasing creativity of geocaching this becomes the staging ground for new and unique challenges.
