Found it Biertje found Gilgal

Monday, 09 September 2019Utah

With Brain & Pinky, Eikenhofjes and Xizat I travelled 11 days through the USA to find some very old caches. On our 10th day we did a series of Challenge caches, we did a part of the Pony Express trail and we drove to Salt Lake City for our own Dutch Meet & Greet event.

After we arranged our hotel in Salt Lake City, we visited Gilgal Garden. Here we have studied all texts on the stones and searched for the poem about the two hearts. We have not found that. After much discussion, we agreed with Brain. He had pointed to something small from the start and we now thought that was the best solution to the mystery.

Thanks and cheers!

infoA virtual cache is a cache that exists in a form of a location. Depending on the cache "hider," a virtual cache could be to answer a question about a location, an interesting spot, a task, etc. The reward for these caches is the location itself and sharing information about your visit.

Because of the nature of these geocaches, you must actually visit the location and acquire the coordinates there before you can post. In addition, although many locations are interesting, a virtual cache should be out of the ordinary enough to warrant logging a visit.

Virtuals are now considered waymarks on Waymarking.com.
