Found it colincactus found Mole's SOS - Gridlocked Challenge Cache - W.Kent

Monday, August 11, 2014South East England, United Kingdom

I had taken a day off work today to go caching with the kids. We had decided to come to Kent to pick up some challenges.

However the M25 was misbehaving today and it took us two and half hours to get here. I had planned to come to the Tonbridge area at the end of the day but because of the traffic we decided to swap it to be first.

The hint seemed to describe our search area perfectly but we couldn't find the cache anywhere. Then after about ten minutes I poked around in a hole and suddenly spotted the cache. Ah .... a micro ... but we were looking for a regular. No wonder it took us so long!!

We were working off an old printout and didn't realise the cache has been downsized. Reading back through the logs now I see that the previous two containers have been smashed up by vandals - so thanks for persevering and keeping this one alive.

I'm attaching a picture of my current D/T grid. At the moment I have five qualifying lines on choice 2 (the first four terrain columns and the diagonal)

infoA Mystery Cache is the “catch-all” of cache types, this form of cache can involve complicated puzzles you will first need to solve to determine the coordinates. The only commonality of this cache type is that the coordinates listed are not of the actual cache location but a general reference point, such as a nearby parking location. Due to the increasing creativity of geocaching this becomes the staging ground for new and unique challenges.
