Found it colincactus found bobknot's Milestone Challenge Cache

Saturday, September 23, 2017South East England, United Kingdom

Oh such a frustrating challenge. I first noticed it when I was a just few short of 900 caches. At the time I was mainly finding ? caches, I had a quick look at my stats and found that I only had three different icons at the relevant milestones. I had been caching for more than three years so at that rate it would be at least three years before I could qualify - that seemed like ages so I decided to ignore it and find another ? cache for my 900th.

Big mistake. A few months later I changed my mind but by then the earliest I could qualify was at 3000, thus adding another three years to my quest. I made sure that I found a webcam for the 1000 milestone (while doing the "11 icons in 11 hours" at the Geolympix 2012). Two years and some months later I was ready for my 2000 so arranged an event for that.

One more milestone to go. I was hoping this would be a Wherigo - the GIM Reindeer Games. Our first attempt failed because there was a football game being played where it wanted us to chase Dasher. The second attempt got past that but failed at the next hurdle - our GPSr couldn't play the MP3 for Dancer and Prancer. Heartily sick of Christmas by then I decided to get an Earthcache instead, and thence I qualified for this challenge.

Here are my six qualifying milestones:
1) Trad - Travel Bug Hotel Any Rooms Sir?
5) Multi - Wellington's Booty
200) Puzzle - Dorking by Pictures: Go West Young Man
1000) Webcam - Banbury Cross Webcam
2000) Event - Farnham F2K Event
3000) Earthcache - The Hanwell Sarsen Stone

Today I had been at the CITO at Warnham Nature Reserve, so I decided to pick up this cache as it wasn't that far away. No problems finding it - a cute cache.

infoA Mystery Cache is the “catch-all” of cache types, this form of cache can involve complicated puzzles you will first need to solve to determine the coordinates. The only commonality of this cache type is that the coordinates listed are not of the actual cache location but a general reference point, such as a nearby parking location. Due to the increasing creativity of geocaching this becomes the staging ground for new and unique challenges.
