Found it Biertje found I've fallen, and I can't get up....

Sunday, 01 September 2019Washington

With Brain & Pinky, Eikenhofjes and Xizat I travelled 11 days through the USA to find some very old caches. On our 2nd day we visited Iron Horse, the APE cache and Geocache GCD.
In the afternoon we drove to the other side of Keechelus Lake and in the parking lot we looked for a place in the shade. First we walked to the cache of Mount Margaret Trail Head and then we started the heavy Lake Lillian Trail. Brain and Xizat led the way, followed by Eikenhofjes and me. Along the way we passed ECM41 Remembered, 56 Miles and 4 Days and I've Fallen. When we left the path at that last cache to look for the box, a worried walker warned us that we were walking the wrong way! After an hour and a half we reached Geocache GCD, from June 2000. A nice quiet spot among the tall trees, where we could catch our breath.

Thanks and cheers!

infoThis is the original cache type consisting, at a bare minimum, a container and a log book. Normally you'll find a tupperware container, ammo box, or bucket filled with goodies, or smaller container ("micro cache") too small to contain items except for a log book. The coordinates listed on the traditional cache page is the exact location for the cache.
