[Blue]1997[/Blue] - Today did NOT go as hoped. I started off the morning in need of a mere 5 caches to hit 2000 and since I wanted that milestone to be special I figured to go after one of the level 5 terrain space caches. And as long as I was shooting for SPACE, why not grab 4 others? We only managed 1 grab of 3 attempts before heading off after this one in the kayaks. I landed about 400' from the cache and had to fight my way through a jungle and then a lot of debris from high tides to reach GZ. A much closer landing zone was apparent on my way out but I had to get back to my kayak so had to go through the jungle again. Lots of stinging nettles - was not happy despite the quick find. With this one under my belt I'd hoped to go after "SPACE2081 [2.5/5.0] You Have Been Chosen" next but my water shoes literally split off from the soles when I got back to my car and there was no way I was attempting that one in bare feet. Change of plans - read on in my next log. SL, TFTC

infoThis is the original cache type consisting, at a bare minimum, a container and a log book. Normally you'll find a tupperware container, ammo box, or bucket filled with goodies, or smaller container ("micro cache") too small to contain items except for a log book. The coordinates listed on the traditional cache page is the exact location for the cache.
