A Pony Express Trail commemorative oval geocoin.  This Trackable was activated on 21-August-2017 on the day of the Total Solar eclipse where the Pony Express Trail intersects with the track of this day's eclipse- in North Platte, NB.

Unless I am terribly mistaken, your Pony Express Trail Geocoin is NOT in the posted GS1800 geocache. I also visited the cache on 12/27/2018 and it was still missing today.
