About This Item

Hi! I am an 8 year old Geo-kid from Australia.

The coin "Senor Amigo" will be put out mid August 2006.
Although it is a "not another micro coin" it can travel to any sized cache.

Yes, I know that "Senor Amigo" is a weird name so I will tell you what it means. It means "Mr. Friend" in spanish.
It is named after my Axolotl (Mexican walking fish)"Amigo"

This coin is the first one I have ever had, so can everyone please take good care of him.

Cheers

Freaky Geeky

Today we spent the day caching the West Side of Cleveland and finished our day by dropping in to the Buds N Suds Event. Shortly after arriving and checking in with the Dots we headed out to find the temp caches in the area. Then it was time to eat and get into the brewing room to get our beer batch underway. This was Suzzie TEZK's 1st beer making attempt, but Dave TEZK is an old hand. What a blast we had creating our brew!!! We headed outside to try our hand at cornhole - Dave and I are novices at this game, but fortunately our teamies held us up and made us look good! Suzzie had the "wild toss" down to a tee and even managed to strike a lil RAGE! OOPS! Lesson learnt here: stand clear when she's about to toss a corn bean bag. LOL! Thanks TDO for arranging such a fun event for us all to attend. We had a blast here tonight and enjoyed the many activities, the laughs, the caches, the games, the socializing and the FUN!

What an impressive ride this one has been today! Check out the windy switchback mountain roads we've tackled today. Each bend loops back on itself in an impressive almost 180 degree turn. There's endless drops into the valleys on one side and breathtaking mountain views ahead. We're heading for the Deals Gap Motorcycle Resort today and arrived there at 10pm after a day long ride. Tomorrow we'll tackle the Dragon! We've heard so many stories about this stretch of road we're excited and - anxious - all at the same time. Check out the Water Reservoir we've stopped at for a well earnt rest!

The country side around here is so pretty and we have thoroughly enjoyed riding through the mountains and along the highways as we made our way through the "States" on our motorbike journey. Each time we ride the crest of a mountain road and see the land laid out in all its glory before us we are newly amazed!!! Everyone is having a such great time. We have "in helmet" communicators and can chat along the way, or point out cool sights to each other. Every moment of this road trip has been filled with happiness, excitement, fun and laughter. We're so happy our Aussie coin friends could join us!!!!

We stopped to rest a while at this Fuel Station - AND to get the bikes filled up with fuel - and while we were here we grabbed an easy cache. What a fun time we are all having!!!!

What an adventure we all embarked upon!!! TEZK Dave and Suzzie and geo-brother, Monty left on August 1st for a motorcycle journey of a lifetime. Tucked into our side saddle bags were Lightening McQueen and Senor Amigo, our 2 very special Geo-Coin mates from Australia. Together we left Cleveland Ohio on Saturday August 1st and headed off through Kentucky, Alabama, Tennessee, North Carolina, Georgia and looped back to travel through North Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky and finally home. We traveled 1596 miles on our motorbikes: Suzzie riding a Suzuki SV650, Dave riding a BMW F800ST, and Monty riding a Suzuki GSXR1000. Man did we have saddle sores by the time we reached our destination! LOL! We returned home a mere 5 days later on August 6th, with a mindful of memories of the adventures we had participated in and the sense of absolute achievement!!! We did very little caching along the way, as we had a motorbike mission to achieve, but when we stopped we tried our best to make sure we were alongside a cache log to sign. As we traveled, we took in the many sights, visited the Barber Motorsports Museum in Birmingham Alabama http://www.barbermuseum.org/ and rode the "Dragon" at Deals Gap http://www.dealsgap.com/ - 318 turns in 11 miles through the Smokey Mountains! We rode along "Music Row" in Nashville Tennessee the famous neighbourhood that houses the worlds Famous Top Recording Studios. Thanks Aussie friends for sharing the journey with us and enjoying the company of Team EskimoZooKeeper as we toured the country on our Motorbikes!!!
