Current Goal

Ned liked to hide out in the forests and the mountain high country avoiding the police when he wasn't robbing banks. This TB would like to visit forests, mountains and the occasional bank along the way and hates to be locked up inside. Please keep Ned moving as he is an Outlaw and on the run.

About This Item

Ned Kelly

Ned Kelly is Australia's most infamous Bushranger (Highwayman). An Aussie folk hero, champion of the working class ...... Or to some just a murderer and thief. Born 1855 he roamed country Victoria getting into trouble with the law. After killing three police officers the Kelly Gang were on the run and became the most wanted criminals in the district. Ned made himself a suit of iron body armour from farm machinery which he wore in a shoot out with police before eventually being captured and the rest of his gang killed. Ned was hanged on 11th November 1880 in Melbourne however his memory lives on in the folk law of the Australian bush.
