`Sand Hopper` likes to be near the SEA so he would just like to hop from cache to cache around the coastline of Britain.
The `Sand Hopper` was created by genetic experiments carried out during WW II at the secret Weybourne Camp Norfolk, for the last sixty years this creature has evolved into the green bug as shown. Toscouk trapped the only known specimen during a visit to the area, he tagged it and its being released into the wild to monitor its travels.
24th Dec 2002 - Message from `The Merman`
TB Sandhopper is missing from The Kench.
It was removed on the 6th December but I did not think to make a note of the name of the team that took it.
If I get the chance I will try to get back there and get the name so that you can email them.

10th March 2003 - Message from Motley Crew. I visited 'The Kench' cache today and noted the team that took the Sandhopper bug as you requested. It was taken on 8th Dec 2002 by Chris, Kate & Pete - Team Turbo. The log states it was their first geocaching experience and that they are instant converts (!) I photographed the page but the picture is not good - I'm happy to send you a copy if you want. The only Team Turbo currently listed is a guy in New York and he was active 2nd to 18th Nov 2002 so I doubt it was him. Sorry to say it looks like you'll have trouble tracking this one down. This hasn't been much help to you I'm afraid.
Regards Keith part of 'Motley Crew'.
