This one looks to be yet another stolen geocoin. I don't have many left now! :-(

Shame, as geocoin thieving has led to me giving up making and buying them.

Leaving it here in the hope that someone else can help it on its way to Scafell Pike.

Brought it up Hellvelyn, but the physical cache up there had been muggled, so brought it back down again. Unfortunately all the other caches I had earmarked for a drop off, were on paper in my rucksack, and by the end of the walk were a pulpy-mess. Sorry 😟 I will drop off soon where I can, may not be any closer to its objective (but it has summited another mountain).

    • Hellvelyn Summit GC was in my rucksack, but too damp to get it out for the photo!

Grab It (Not from a Cache) 6/2/2009 RedFerret grabbed it   Visit Log

Given to me when I "discovered" Dan1980 by the "Owl and Eagle's Picnic Place" cache. As I'm off to the lakes next month, I'll try and drop it off somewhere near Scafell Pike!

I picked this up without seeing the note about Scafell and took it 70 miles south! 🤭

After looking at the description it seems that it actually wants to go up Scafell Pike, not Scafell, so I've corrected the note and also turned it round so that it's a bit more obvious.

I'm not likely to be going up Scafell Pike any time soon, but hopefully I'll be able to drop it off back in the Lakes a little bit closer to its destination. 🙂
