Well It looks as if Bertha has successfully arrived at the "Dowgas Tin Mine". July 7,2013. Close enough.
She would really like to spend a week end at Portpatrick. Can you get a picture of her sitting on the seawall; that would be great. Thanks for taking care of her and have fun. Bustertoad
Bertha has had a lot of fun in the north country and would now like to visit a friend in a warmer climate. Please help her get to the "Great Dowgas Tin Mine" in Cornwall. A short stop in Germany along the way would be nice. Thanks for the help. Bustertoad
Thank you all for helping Bertha reach her first goal. April 2007. After spending a fun time in Germany and the Netherlands Bertha would now like to ride the train from Oslo to Bergen. Thanks again to all who helped. Bustertoad Jim Brown

Ingrid übergibt mir die schön runde Bertha auf dem Stammtisch in Herne. Nach Scheveningen will sie?! Da weiß ich Rat: Morgen gehts nach Holland zum Nachtcache-Event in Zoetermeer. Da wird sich sicher jemand finden, der die "Runde" weiterbringt...

Hi! Sorry for the delay in dropping Bertha, but I couldn't find any cache large enough for this monster-TB, and I tried hard. So first I decided to dig her her own cache, kind of "Berthas Big TB Box" near a big ball-like gas-container in a city close by, but as the ground is frozen due to unusual low temperatures this year I thought, something should happen now. So I brought Bertha to a "Stammtisch", a more or less monthly convention of some geocachers in the Ruhr-Area in west Germany. Guido Baumann will now take care for her. Think he is kean in digging deep holes 😉
