Current Goal

Starting out from Lake Te Anau in New Zealand's South Island, Bob wants to see the sights of the North Island also.
From New Zealand he'd like to see some of Australia and the Pacific Islands before one day returning home to a cache near Wokingham, England.

About This Item

Te Anau Bob is actually Spongebob Toy given to Laura on our trip to New Zealand. We didn't have enough time to explore NZ properly (we'll be back though), hopefully Bob will be able to explore further for us.

    Bob was discovered hiding by a lake off the Milford Road N of Te Anau, and has enjoyed a scenic trip over to Christchurch so far. However, he has said he wants to head out to Banks Peninsula to check out the scenary there, so we will try to leave him here before we go. We are heading North soon so will take him with us if he changes his mind.

    While checking my Milford Road caches I was delighted to find 2 travel bugs at Lake Henry. Elma the Carousel Horse with Te Anau Bob. Bob took a trip down Milford Road, further into Fiordland, to our Lake Gunn Fishermans Walk cache where he'll no doubt be picked up soon.
