Left this very attractive coin in my 350th cache - and a FTF too! 3000km by jet from Manchester, 2 hour Jetfoil from Skiathos and 2 hours by car from Volos to find this cache. The lengths to go to to get a FTF!
Really, this was a great day trip from Skiathos and we experienced magnificent scenery both sailing and driving through the Pilio mountains to this village.
Sat in the square opposite the big tree and sipped fresh orange juice. I then fired up the GPS that took a while to get a signal. Paced around for a few minutes before finding the location. A well hidden cache and a bonus being FTF as there was always a chance it had been found but not logged yet.
Had a great lunch sat out in the gardens of a restaurant on the main road above the village. Recommended.
This is a remote spot so how long it will be before the coin moves on noone knows!!
