Retrieved as he seems to of been there for a few months. Will take a photo with a police car, as I am no longer a volunteer fire fighter. Hope that will do.

Then put into a local Winnipeg Cache. Wish I was going away shortly, but maybe somebody in Winnipeg will be heading out somewhere and can look up this travel bug in whatever cache I put him in next.
