Current Goal

DIM does not want to be dim, push the button on the back of Snoopy's head and watch Woodstock light up. The original DIM was a large blue bug who was replaced once and stolen again, so now there is a new one with a copy of it's original tag. His goal is to have his picture taken with any of the Charlie Brown Gang!

Poor DIM and his successor, DIM Clone have had an awful time in my care. The cache that I placed DIM in was plundered and I had to have him cloned (with a little help from his friends). While waiting for me to get my act together, DIM Clone lost a pair of legs in my backpack. I thought they had just snapped off, but DIM Clone told me he had gnawed them off for a snack. He is convinced that they will grow back. I didn't have the heart to tell him otherwise.

Take care of him, but be careful too. Never pack him in the same bag as your lunch, or leave him on the kitchen table unattended. He does love to eat!

Oh No! I used one of those super-discount cloning labs. I have had to send back 3 rejects. I hope they get it right soon, before they get it too wrong. Maybe there are some things mankind should just not fool with.

    • Big Dim This DIM is now the most popular attraction at the Denver Zoo.
    • Little Dim So small. And what is wrong with his skin?
    • Dim Motors If I didn't want the real Dim clone so much I would have kept this one.

The cache DIM was in was plundered and we do not now what happened to him. We can only assume the worst: that agents of his place of origin have kidnapped him and are forcing him to consume mass quantities of super sized meals. I made the mistake of placing him within miles of the international headquarters of that organization.

I don't actually have DIM, but as he ate and drank to excess on New Year's Eve, I have some of his genetic material encrusted on the pillowcase he slept on that night. (I'm so glad we turned it inside-out rather than washing it). I am rushing it off to a lab. With the short gestation period of insects I hope to have a clone very soon.

Picked up this bug while at my family Christmas party at Beaver Creek Park. I'll be taking it back to Chicago with me.

Decided to drop Dim off so my brother could take him back to Chicago with him. We fed him a good Christmas meal before we dropped him off. This little guy can really eat, I had to get rid of him before I went broke.

    • Dim working on his dessert.

Decided to take Dim with us. He seemed harmless enough at the time. We'll feed him a few good meals and send him on his way. He's already whining to feed him, and he looks like he could turn on us.
