About This Item

This is one of ten travel bugs we released with the goal of traveling from San Jose, CA to Punta Gorda, FL by 25 Dec 2003. See how they are doing here.

This travel bug is a small rubber froggy. Please move it towards south Florida.

The orginal mission was for this travel bug to be in Punta Gorda Isle on December 25, 2003. There it was to rendezvous with Mengarelliott, who released it in the first place. That date has passed, but the bug still wants to get to its original destination.

    The cache this bug was in has gone missing, and the travel bug with it. Thanks to MaineRebel and GreenGoddess for letting me know about the cache's dissappearance.

    Didn't realize this frog wanted to go to Florida when we retrieved it. It's on it's way to Kansas City, Missouri for some BBQ first. I'm sure it will meet up with someone there who will be glad to give it a ride.

    Poor Froggy #3 took a wrong turn somewhere if he's headed for Florida. Rescued him before he got cold in the knee deep snow today.Will try to get him moving south by Friday. At least he will be warm for a bit anyway.
