    A far cry from the Autobahn--but this location was one of the earliest highways in the New York City area. Hopefully the coin will now race of to locations!

    Oh the traffic! It took me over a half hour to just reach the city line. And at 1 pm, I was still twenty miles away,. Oh well, there will be others. Hope everyone one had a great time. I arrived well after the TB exchanges happened so I am grabbing my charges back and will continue to send them forth myself.

    Oh den Verkehr! Es hat mich über eine halbe Stunde, um nur die Stadt erreichen Linie. Und um 1 Uhr war ich noch zwanzig Meilen entfernt. Na ja, wird es andere sein. Hoffe, dass jeder hatte man eine tolle Zeit. Ich kam gut nach dem TB excahnges so bin ich packte meine Gebühren zurück passiert und wird sie weiterhin Sendest mich.

    Took the whole lot of TB's up to our boy scout camp in hope of springing some along the way. But only two were placed today.

    I did a Geocaching 101 workshop today for teachers in a STEM program and this travel bug was used to show them what bugs and geocoins were all about. They thought it was really neat and thanked me for sharing it with them.

    Ich habe eine Geocaching 101 Workshop für Lehrer heute in einem MINT-Programm und das Travel Bug wurde verwendet, um ihnen zu zeigen, was Bugs und Geocoins waren alle über. Sie dachten, es war wirklich nett und dankte mir für den Austausch mit ihnen.

    A virtual pass through...Yugi04 lovingly carried a dozen or so GC's and TB's here from Switzerland and handed them off to me to spread throughout the US. I also had a few that I gathered locally who came along for the ride to show the visitors the sights of the city before they set off for places unknown. They were first brought "in" through the Empire State Building, but are now visiting the geographic center of NYC--Woodside..the center of it all (and 2 miles from my house).

    Eine virtuelle passieren ... Yugi04 liebevoll trug ein Dutzend oder so GC und TB's hier aus der Schweiz und reichte sie aus mir überall in den USA verbreitet. Ich hatte auch ein paar, die ich vor Ort gesammelt, die zusammen kam, um die Fahrt für die Besucher die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt, bevor sie den Weg nach unbekannten Orten. Sie wurden zuerst gebracht "in" durch das Empire State Building, sondern besuchen jetzt das geografische Zentrum von New York - Woodside .. der Mitte von allem (und 2 Meilen von meinem Haus).
