Gotcha-TravelBug

This set of miniature handcuffs was originally distributed by the BC Crime Stoppers organization.   I see that so many of the travel bugs in this area have just disappeared.  That is so disappointing and I am hoping that this won't be the case here.

If someone keeps them, and does not pass them on for some other Geocacher to find and record... well... Gotcha!!!
