You Discovered the Tygress!
A wandering Tygress, I —
Risking briar shreds and scratches
Log in ballads, songs, and snatches,
Of dreamy caching high!
My catalog is long,
Through every passion ranging,
And to cache humors changing
I tune my supple song!
Writing short and long!
Caching in sentimental mood?
I'll sigh a few -- Grins tomorrow!!!
On DNFs must brood?
A painful few -- but, sorrow, sorrow!!
I'll charm your willing ears
With songs of caching trek,
Poetic? or just dreck?!?
Each rhyming new! What comes tomorrow?
For caches grab or searching grand,
I'll coin a log poetic.
Limerick, haiku, or rewrite called "filk;"
Drivel, or a more whimsical ilk;
I hope it's copasetic.
If cache calls for a song of the sea,
I'll heave the capstan round,
With a “Yo! Heave ho! For the wind is free!”
A Siren's Lament or gay Shanty!
To rhyme it I am bound!
A wandering Tygress, I —
Perhaps you think me silly;
From here to Picadilly,
I rhyme, don't ask me why.
My grey-cells must be spry
To record, "Came Caching By."
