Edgar ready for the off!

Edgar the Elf used to work for Santa. In 2005 he was asked to help with Santa's rounds on Christmas Eve. Since then, Edgar has discovered just how much he likes flying and would love to fly, where ever possible.

Nice to meet another traveller - I love flying too. With luck we may be able to get a flight with my uncle who sometimes flies a Piper Cherokee out of Sleap airfield in Shropshire - no guarantees though!

We had hoped to take him to Milan but this proved impossible as all the caches in Milan are very tiny micros! So we left him here as the next best thing - it's directly under the flight path of East Midlands airport and you can see the pilot as the planes come in! Hopefully someone who's going to fly soon will pick him up. It's been a pleasure to look after him for a short while.

Picked it up today. Our son is flying out to Italy in a couple of weeks time, so he may be able to place it in a local cache there. If that's not possible, we will move it on as soon as possible and hopefully near to an airport.
