Charlie the Beach Comber

My name is Charlie the Beach Comber. I’m now headed home to West Newbury, Massachusetts. Please don’t pick me up if you can’t move me along in the next few weeks. I left home in October of 2002 to visit the beaches of Florida. My goal was to collect a sample of sand from a sunny Florida Beach. Thanks to some great geocachers I’ve now achieved this goal and am now headed home. Please don’t lose the sand from my pack, and get me home soon. Thanks for helping me on my way!

Charlie went to a CITO event today. It was a beautiful GA summer day and perfect weather for a clean up. After walking 2 miles on the trail and caching afterwards, Charlie is ready to head out to other places. He'll be travelling to TN on Wed. Sure enjoyed having him around. He's the perfect mannered guest. ~AG

The skies were much clearer today and Charlie felt like tagging along on our cache run. We did get rained on some, but it was also very sunny and warm by the afternoon and Charlie was happy to work on his base tan. ~AG

Charlie attended the June GGA Meeting with me today. We had to brave out tropical storm Arlene and Charlie told me he'd be happy to get back home where the weather wasn't so severe all the time. Charlie also enjoyed doing a few caches in the rain later on in the day. He still has a few stops to make in GA before heading North to TN around June 22. ~AG
