Charlie the Beach Comber

My name is Charlie the Beach Comber. I’m now headed home to West Newbury, Massachusetts. Please don’t pick me up if you can’t move me along in the next few weeks. I left home in October of 2002 to visit the beaches of Florida. My goal was to collect a sample of sand from a sunny Florida Beach. Thanks to some great geocachers I’ve now achieved this goal and am now headed home. Please don’t lose the sand from my pack, and get me home soon. Thanks for helping me on my way!

Picked up by Silk1976 and Mithril on 4/12/2003 (sorry for the late response in claiming this!)

Found the Whale Jaw Hollow after a bit of bushwhacking. We interpreted the hint the wrong way and ended up missing the turn and chasing after other fallen trees.

Nice spot for a cache though!
