Current Goal

This travel bug was originally released to see if it could achieve a very specific mission of reaching a location in New Zealand which was visited by its owners in December 2009! The note attached to the tag describes this mission. However, it did not get there in the originally specified time. We would still like to see if the TB can make it to a cache near Red Beach or Whangaparoa north of Auckland at some time. Once it gets there we will arrange for it to be collected. Any route to its goal is acceptable. Our kids would be interested to see any pictures of locations on the way.

BT on a Mission TB

The travel bug shows a picture resembling our Border Terrier, Jed, who unfortunately was unable to come along with us on our trip to New Zealand. However, if the TB can make it instead, that would be great.

Fine! I will try to help taking the TB to Porto, where there is an international airport an maybe someone could take it to its final destination. But it is a pity to leave Galicia, it is really nice as you can see from the picture!
