Our niece Leslie has Down Syndrome and passionately competes in many Special Olympic activities, especially gymnastics, track, bowling, snowshoeing, and bocce ball. You are truly missing something if you have not ever witnessed these Special Olympians compete. They radiate pride and joy in all that they do. They never stop trying, Their oath is: "Let me win. But if I cannot win, Let me be brave in the attempt." Leslie is our hero. Now you can be her hero as well and help this travel bug journey around the world since there are Special Olympians everywhere. Post a picture of a Special Olympian with the Travel Bug if you can.
