Number 45 of 100 1.75" diameter silver coins produced by an Isle of Man geocacher. The geocoin pattern is based on a Triskele, the concept behind the well-known "Three Legs" seen on the Isle of Man flag. The silver knotwork theme is in a similar style to designs by the famous Manx artist, Archibald Knox, and was brought to life by Cari Buziak of Aon Celtic Art (www.aon-celtic.com), based in Canada. As the island has only about 75000 inhabitants, there are few resident geocachers. Therefore this geocoin run was small-scale and only qualified for the "Personal Geocoin" status: hence the generic icon and ID code. A further run of 500 was then made, with their own Manx Flag icon.
