A true Navigator, the goal of ALTAIR is to tour the World visiting as many caches as possible along the way. I'd like to see him get up to Alaska and down into the Islands of the Carribean, (Korea, Russia, China, The Orient?) and then come home again to Pittsburgh. Please log any interesting stories of its epic journeys.
The bug is a 2" diameter metallic casting - a rendition of a compass rose. Didn't have a digital camera, so if a finder can supply a photo, This bug would be very appreciative.

found the bug today he will be hanging out here for a while then i will either let it lose in my next cache or move him on elsewhere. after checking on his agenda i see that it would like to tour the east coast but i an heading to mt rushmore and places west where i am also planning to drop a cache so i might let him lose there but wherever he goes ill be sure to let you know asap ps this was my first bug i think there pretty cool thanks treasurechaser
