    Retrieved from an appropriate spot. The cache is located in Washington DC, between Fort McNair (army) and the Coast Guard Headquarters, and just down the river from the Navy Yard. My Dad is WWII veteran. Fortunately he returned from his service.

    I picked this one up in Indiana thinking, "Oh this is a good one to bring to the DC area." It wasn't until I got back and could look on the computer that I saw that it had just left the DC area. Oops, I guess it wasn't finished here. I have stopped moving TBs as much as when I first started, but being Coast Guard, I still try to do something with ones like this. Thank you for this one. Placed it near Coast Guard HQ. This is a relatively new hide, so hopefully this will move along in short order.

    Okay, so I picked this up in northern Indiana because I like ones like this and thought I'd give it some distance. Little did I realize that I would be bringing it back to an area where it had been. I guess it just likes the DC area. Maybe I'll see if I'm doing any more trips in the near future.
