Sydney, the Orange Winged Amazon Parrot turns 51 yrs old during the summer of 2011. Yes, those are 51 human years! For his hatchday celebration, he would like his TB to travel back to his native Brazil where he was hatched and then come back to Maine. Please help Syd visit his old wild relatives of his native flock! We love pictures and stories!
With great sadness, I have to report that Sydney, the parrot, died on 8/31/12, at age 52 at home in my arms. This bird was my best friend in the world. I will miss his excitement when I would let him know "Someone found your travel bug, Syd!". Please help his memory alive by logging and moving Syd's TB along to meet his goals and then start his trip back home. TY.
