(Original mission - February 17, 2002: I would like for this bug to search the world for the end of the trail.)

New mission - July 8, 2007: This bug would like to return to its owner for a well deserved rest by getting to "My Island Travel Bug Resort" (GCE639 - N 36° 44.754 W 095° 56.269) in Bartlesville, Oklahoma (just North of Tulsa, Oklahoma).

About This Item

End of the Trail Bug

The bug is a very small version of the "End of the Trail" statue at the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, USA. I actually purchased the bug in Lajitas, Texas, USA, near Big Bend National Park in 2000. I released the bug in my Copan Lake View cache near Copan, Oklahoma, USA.

N 36 degrees, 53.306 minutes
W 95 degrees, 58.763 minutes

Our church held an auction of promises and I offered to take a family 'treasure hunting'. So this was found with Carolyn 😌 (the mum) and children, Ashliegh 😚 , Daniel 😎 and Joseph 🤡. Explained TBs and they were delighted to have found one.
