I didn't see any drop bears, hoop snakes, yowies or bunyip's around today but if I see one near a cache, I'll be sure to drop this one in.

We didn't see any drop bears today, I guess we where lucky. The trek in was a bit thorny, and a few of us lost our footing from time to time. Another good placement.

Grabed it from the home of the Yowie. Luckily it was their sleeping time, so we felt safe. Next weekend planning on doing a 4WD trip up into the hills. When I was younger we use to camp in this area, and many of a time around the camp fire where we told of the perils of the infamous Australian DROP BEAR. While I have never seen one myself, I have heard them moving in the tree tops late at night. They say it is a cross between a Koala and a rampit dingo. Frothing from the mouth, teeth beared, and shreaking like a cut bangee. They attack at night by dropping out of the tree top onto the unknowning victums. They eat only gum leave, but the leaves need to be soacking in blood to satisfy their thirst.

Of course it could just be a mith????????

I still have this TB as I haven't found a suitable home for it yet. Bunyips are pretty hard to find here in Australia 😉
