"A picture is worth a thousand words". This phrase, kinda old (sometimes attributed to Napoleon Bonaparte), demonstrates that sometimes an image is enough to try to describe something complex. The same goes for geocaching where sometimes a good image in a log suffices to explain everything that was felt during the cache search. As in this sentence, humans began to pick up on this number more and more to explain an exaggeration or even something impossible::
- I've been working for you for 1000 years;
- My patience has already reached 1000%;
- Even if I try 1000 times, I will never end the Touhou in lunatic mode;
- Yes I promise to marry you and not leave you in the next 1000 days;
- Master I did not understand, how many push-ups? ... 1000 ...
So this number is not used in the best of situations ... or is it ?:
- I DID 1000 CACHESSSSSS;
- 1000 days eating badly to make 1000 FTF's;
- Just to be a snob, I can say I did 1 kilocache;
- I am yet to reach the 1000 origami to have my wish;
- See if I make enough money to buy a Bugatti with 1000 hp;
