TeaSpoon is always searching for the best Hot Wings recipes. As he travels from cache to cache, he hopes that GPSr's will send their recipes of hot wings or picnic side dishes. TeaSpoon thinks that the best recipes may be located near Buffalo, New York, but is not sure. What do you think?
A recipe that TeaSpoon enjoys is listed: Ingredients: 24 chicken wing drummies, 1 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp black pepper, 8 tblsp butter, 1 tsp habanero sauce, 2 tsp Salt, 2 tsp Paprika.
Fry the hotwings in peanut oil at a temperature of 350 to 375 degrees. Be sure that the wings are not frozen and be careful with the hot oil. The wings are done when they begin to float. While the wings cook, melt the butter and add the spices. When the wings are done and while they are still hot, dip and roll the wings in the sauce. Serve with blue cheese dressing and fresh celery sticks. TeaSpoon hopes that other recipies will be sent back to his origin. He like all picnic food.
