    Came back to Gambia to see Abdoulie, Babucaar & other friends, stayed 2 nights at Jungle resort, sanyang, expensive for what you get 2500 for double room. Then went to Castle Apartments in Kiloli 2 nights 1500, nice room hot shower. Now back at Rainbow, sanyang 1000 for double room.

    A trip from Hay via Clyro towards Painscastle. Stopped in a lay-by & did the 2.7 km walk there & back, well worth it. Amazing magical spot

    A lovely walk from Hay with the woofs, starting in the field behind the car park. Took 3 hours round trip with a visit to Cussop Church on the way, very pleasant
