    We spent the day in the outer banks of North Carolina, visited Cape Hatteras Lighthouse, kayaked on the Alligator River, visited the first English Colony established in 1587 on Roanoke Island, and will be attending the play of The Lost Colony this evening. We bugs are living large.

    Just visited Kitty Hawk where Wilbur and Orville and Wilbur Wright flew the world's first airplane in 1903! Very inspirational and a testament to curiosity, belief in an idea, research, and dogged persistence.
