Took the corvette to Falcon Lake to get a view of Mexico on the opposite bank.

  • Sunset on a rainy day A view of Falcon Lake with Mexico in the distance. Lake formed by damming the Rio Grande River at Falcon Dam. International boundary is at lake's mid-line.

  • Lakeside 'vette Parked the 'vette alongside Grebe Marsh at Estero Llano Grande State Park, not far from the Alligator Lake cache. The corvette also did some sweet cornering at the three TXGCC caches in the park that are part of TWPD's Geocaching Challenge.
  • Sunset cruise The corvette really enjoyed this evening cruise on the way back from the 3rd TXGCC cache at Estero Llano Grande State Park.
  • Where's the water? The corvette was very confused because Spicy_Nacho said this was supposed to be a pond full of water and home to several hundred species of birds. But then she said how the park had drained the water for the summer. At Estero Llano Grande State Park.

Very, very excited to find this sweet little corvette since it's my very first trackable find! I found another car trackable in a cache not too far away. I think I'll take them to visit South Padre Island before finding a couple of suitable places to drop them off. Thank you so much for your trackable! :-)
