I was looking for the Boat Bay Lookout geocache and found a cache buried deep in the ground - very wet. I then noticed a cache above ground nearby, so maybe the buried one was thought to be missing - I'm not surprised! I found Lackey in the buried cache. I have tried to gently unfold the wet paper and dry it out. I've cleaned out the plastic cover and will put it in an extra plastic bag. It's a lovely geo coin, your brother would be proud. It is now enjoying the bush at Puriri in the Coromandel. I will replace it on the main road so it has a chance to go to the airport.
