You have found Albert the Wiggle Wart (ref: Salmon Fishing). He is on a very unique mission, actually its a race! Update***Albert has made it to South Dakota and has been replaced by Albert the fire truck. GET HIM TO YAKIMA WASHINGTON ASAP!!! Dakota. The owner is moving from Okinawa Japan to Rapid City South Dakota and there wasn't enough room in the luggage for him so what better way than to send him via Cache! Hope to see him again soon.
