Sina-Mari's pacifier!!
Let this pacifier travel from cache to cache all over the world..
Maybe close to a hospital??
If you can, please take a picture of the pacifier with you or at the place you are. 
My daughter, Sina-Mari, was born 22.02.2011. She came to this earth 6 weeks to early,
and was born with a little defect called isolated cleft palate.
This pacifier is one of many given to here at the hospital, but because of the cleft,
she didn't manage to suck on it. She could't get a vacume because of the hole into her nose.
At age of 1 year, she got surgical treatment, and has now none trace of here cleft.
