I am being released in Tennesse, and will have traveled through Mississippi, and Alabama to get there, but if you are travelling to anywhere take me with you. If you twist my bottom, I will flash when you shake me. My batteries can't be replaced, so please remember to turn me off.

Sorry, the note was written so late but Pikachu is alive and well (but a bit jaundiced). He is looking a bit "peaked" and saying "achu". I think he has picked up a rare virus, 'japanomosum louisihomeri'. Poor fellow! I will place him in some sunny spot to help cure this rare viral infection that attacked his small liver.

Took Pikachu on a tour of Frankenmuth, Michigan. It is a Bavarian-themed tourist town that serves many, many chicken dinners each year. Then took Pikachu down to Owosso for the Michigan Geocaching Organization's Winter Social.
