This crab has many Friends. Lots of critters live here in Charlotte Harbor, Florida, USA. They depend on clean water and a healthy environment on the adjacent lands.
This critter is being released into the geocaching wild by the Friends of the Charlotte Harbor Aquatic Preserves (FCHAP). FCHAP supports the Charlotte Harbor Aquatic Preserves and the Charlotte Harbor Preserve State Park. FCHAP is comprised of a Board of Directors, citizen members, and volunteers who are committed to protecting Charlotte Harbor and the adjacent public lands. One of the FCHAP goals is to support responsible recreational activities in the park and in the aquatic preserves. Geocaching is one off the many activities that visitors enjoy here in the park. There are more than 100 caches available in the park and preserves.
