Hello, my name is RDLtrekker!
I have been a GC.com premium member, living in Ontario, Canada, since February 1, 2010 but back in May 2009, after he read an article on geocaching looking for a new hobby, my husband asked if I would like to try it out. At first, I was not sure what the fuss was about but as we got closer and closer to the GZ, my heart started thumping, and I was excited... and then... the thrill of the find - our very first cache was OMAX Oh! That's disgusting (http://coord.info/GC1QF0D )! Admittedly, not the easiest of finds but never the less, we have been hooked ever since. My first log was entered under the geocaching name dupuire, but then I came to realize, after 32 finds, that other geocachers would actually call me that (it doesn't exactly roll-off the tong), I changed it to RDLtrekker and re-logged my finds (they didn't have the "change your username" feature back then...). I love to travel, read, paint, make beaded jewlery, work on community theatre productions, sew and of course, geocache.
